Please note! If you want to order parts, here are some quick guidelines to keep in mind before you call:
-Your engine serial number (usually located on the starboard side on a sticker or engraved into the block) is the most useful piece of information you can give us.
-If you don't have a serial number, we can use the engine's brand, power and year to look it up. The more information you have on it, the more likely we will be to find it.
-There are usually several types of the same engine. If we are able to identify which one you have, it's a good idea to write it down where you can access it next time you need a part from us!
-While we do service Yamaha engines, we cannot order parts for Yamaha boats except for engine components.
-We place our order by 11:45am each day to ensure parts arrive the next day when possible. As such, if you are in a hurry to get a part, please contact us about it with enough time for us to find it and order it for you before our daily cutoff.
-Parts that have been opened cannot be returned. Please help us ensure that we order the parts you need by having your engine serial number on hand when you order.
